Veyra Security — Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Veyra Security Discord bot. By inviting and using the Bot on your Discord server, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to them, do not invite or use the Bot.

1. Description of Service

Veyra Security is a Discord bot designed to provide advanced security and automatic moderation features. Its features include, but are not limited to, Anti-Nuke, Anti-Raid, Anti-Spam, Anti-Link, and User Verification systems. The Bot operates according to the settings established by the Server administrators.

2. User Responsibilities (Server Administrators)

- Proper Configuration: You are solely responsible for properly configuring the Bot on your Server. Incorrect configuration of security thresholds or automatic actions may result in unwanted moderation actions (e.g., accidental bans).

- Compliance with Discord Rules: You must ensure that the use of the Bot on your Server complies at all times with the https://discord.com/terms and https://discord.com/guidelines.

- Notification to Members: You are responsible for notifying your Server members that the Bot is in use and that, as part of its security function, it may monitor activity (such as messages and joins) in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

- Acceptable Use: You may not use the Bot for any illegal, harmful, or rights-violating purposes.

3. Limitation of Liability

- Service “As Is”: The Bot is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Bot will be error-free, that it will operate without interruption, or that it will stop 100% of threats.

- No Liability for Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of Veyra Security, `Jersuxs and Tuloko`, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Loss of data or backups.

- Incorrect bans, kicks, or timeouts of server members.

- Failures in protection against attacks (nukes, raids, etc.).

- Any damage resulting from misconfiguration of the Bot by Server administrators.

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain maximum availability of the Bot. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The Bot may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical failures beyond our control (e.g., problems with the hosting provider or the Discord API).

5. Termination

- By the User: You may stop using the Service at any time by simply removing the Bot from your Server.

- By Us: We reserve the right to prohibit access to the Bot to any Server, without prior notice, if we detect usage that violates these Terms, is abusive, or jeopardizes the stability of the Bot for other users.

6. Intellectual Property

The source code, trademark, and assets related to Veyra Security are the property of its developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Bot on the Discord platform as provided in these Terms.
